Some nightly sites available at $45 per night.

*  Boat landing on-site, 5^th Crow Wing Lake, with access to the 6^th Crow Wing.

*  All sites have water, sewer, and metered 30 and 50 amp electric.

*  Sites are nestled on a beautiful 22-acre wooded site.

*  Golf carts are allowed.  No ATV’s allowed on site though trails are available in the Park Rapids, Dorset and Nevis area.

*  Any deck or shed designs and size must be approved through Eagle’s Landing owners before construction/placement on the property and will be taxed by Hubbard County.

*  An in-ground pool and single unit bathhouse.

*  Walking trails go throughout the grounds.  We offer a playground, volleyball court, and horseshoes.

*  5 cabins available for rent, along with 14 foot fishing boats, motors, pontoon, paddleboat, and canoes.

*  Season runs from April 30, through September 30th, 2012.

Note:  All prices subject to change at owner’s discretion at any time.  Rates are subject to 6.0875% MN state sales tax, local tax &/or surcharge.  You may reserve any of the additional items for the whole week with your reservation or make a reservation upon arrival.  DEPOSIT POLICY:  To confirm and hold your reservation, a deposit of 25% is required within 10 days of making reservations. Any additional charges will be payable the night before your departure.  Once deposit is paid, please refer to cancellation policy.  CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you cancel, your deposit will be refunded when all timeslots are filled, less 50% cancellation fee.  NO refunds will be given if cancellation is within 30 days of timeslot reserved.
